Mr Bright Ye the director of Lanke Electr. Factory had been a senior technical staff of nail UV lamp's R&D for 20 years. In 2007, Mr Ye created LED nail UV lamp which changed many shortage of ordinary tube-style nail UV lamp and application for many patents between 2008 and 2010.
